About the Role
As an ANUM, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership, coordinate patient care, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing services.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated clinical experience within an acute medical nursing environment
Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to develop your leadership capability
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
A commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based and patient-focused care
The ability to effectively support, mentor and engage nursing staff
Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
