We're looking for Registered Nurses to pick up casual shifts supporting the training and competency assessment of Support Workers in our regional areas.
If you're a current Cara team member who also holds a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting worker capability and participant specific training for high intensity and other health related supports
Assessing, verifying and documenting staff competency in defined health related tasks
Providing practical clinical guidance, coaching and follow up to Support Workers
What you'll need:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Bachelor of Nursing)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
Completed Secure Environments training
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable but not required.
