We're looking for an experienced
Chef
to join the team at
NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort
.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast pace of a bistro kitchen but also loves the creativity and organisation that comes with
weddings, functions and special events
.
What you'll do
Prepare and deliver quality
bistro-style food
Support food preparation and service across
weddings, functions and events
Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a excellent guest experience
Maintain high standards of presentation, food safety and kitchen cleanliness
Bring energy, organisation and a hands-on approach to every service
What you'll bring
Previous experience working as a
Chef in a busy kitchen
Strong skills across
bistro-style cooking
Experience catering for
weddings, functions or events
The ability to work confidently during busy service periods
Great communication and teamwork skills
A positive, flexible and can-do attitude
Relevant cookery qualifications and food safety knowledge
