We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a Casual basis at our Bexley village, including night shifts!
Working as part of our care team, you will be responsible for:Delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents.Conducting assessments, care planning, documentation, and ongoing evaluation of residents' care needs.Providing specialised nursing support with a strong focus on dementia care.Supporting and guiding care teams to ensure safe and quality care is delivered.Taking a leadership role after hours when required.The successful applicants will display:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with a current practising certificate.A passion for person-centred care and dementia care excellence.Demonstrated experience in assessment, documentation,



and care planning.A good understanding of AN-ACC and the Aged Care Quality Standards.Experience leading or supporting care teams.Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Intermediate computer literacy and knowledge of aged care and/or health systems.Why Scalabrini?
