You will deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes, coordinating clinical interventions and ensuring safe, patient-centred care in the community.The role requires current AHPRA registration, acute care experience, and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
Permanent roles are available as full time or part-time positions across NBMLHD regions.
