including:Retaining wallsPaving and hardscapingDrainage installationTurf and irrigation worksPlanting and soft landscapingReading and interpreting plansOperating landscaping tools and equipmentDelivering high-quality finishesFor Leading Hands, additional responsibilities include:Coordinating daily site activitiesLeading crews on-siteMaintaining productivity and quality standardsSupporting safety and project outcomesMentoring and developing team membersAbout YouWe're looking for people who take pride in their work and genuinely care about quality outcomes.You'll ideally have:Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent)Landscape construction experienceWhite CardCurrent Driver's LicenceStrong understanding of protected work practicesAbility to work effectively within a teamLeading Hand applicants should also have:Previous experience leading landscaping crewsStrong communication and organisation skillsAbility to coordinate work and motivate othersAdditional licences and machinery tickets will be highly regarded.Why AR Developments?
