The role
You'll own a portfolio of trade clients from end to end.
You're their go to person: you run their Meta campaigns, set the strategy, and brief our editor on the creative that keeps their ads fresh and their phones ringing.
This is a client first role.
Our clients are busy tradies who care about one thing: quality jobs coming through the door.
If you can talk straight with a builder, keep them in the loop and back it up with sharp media buying, you'll thrive here.
Client communication (the heart of the job)
Be the day to day point of contact for ***** trade clients
Run weekly client calls and send clear updates
Lead 90 day strategy reviews and keep clients focused on growth, not just leads
Spot churn risk early and fix it before it becomes a problem
Keep clients on track with their side of the deal: fast lead response, filming days and ad budget
Media buying
Build, launch and manage Meta lead gen campaigns across NZ and AU




Watch CPL, CTR, lead quality and spend daily, and optimise fast
Keep ad accounts healthy and compliant with Meta policies
Report on what tradies actually care about: leads, quotes and jobs won
Turn kickoff/onboarding calls into campaign plans, offers and angles for each client
Write ad scripts and hooks using our AI tools and frameworks
Test current creative, offers and audiences, and scale what works
Creative and editor management
Brief our video editor on current ads from client footage
Review drafts, give clear feedback and sign off final ads
Keep every client's creative pipeline moving so ads never go stale
Chase clients for fresh footage at least monthly
What you'll bring
1–3 years in digital marketing, an agency or a client-facing role
Hands on Meta Ads experience: campaign setup, creating strong Meta ad creative and optimisation
Confidence with the numbers: CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS and optimising daily budget
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the hard conversations
Strong organisation; you can juggle 15+ clients without dropping the ball
Comfort working with AI tools and following proven systems
Nice to have
A background in, or real feel for, the trades or construction
Experience with GoHighLevel (CRM)
Experience briefing video editors or managing short form creative
Lead gen experience for service businesses (not just e-commerce)
