The role focuses on delivering a seamless experience for customers, across Billing, Connections, Metering and more, in a rapid-paced, multiskilled team.You will monitor customer channels, resolve issues promptly, support front-line staff, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring service standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
