We are currently seeking a highly skilled, qualified, motivated and passionate Trainers/Assessorto deliver training for the following qualifications;Certificate III Health ServicesCertificate IV Community ServicesMedication Skill SetsProfessional Development workshops for care staffThe successful applicant would need relevant qualifications and current - industry experience in the qualifications they are to deliver, an EN/RN is preferred.The applicant will need current industry experience in the field of delivery, a valuable understanding of RTO compliance, ability to engage students both Face to Face and via virtual facilitation.We are seeking a trainer/assessor who wants to inspire students and supportthem in their journey on a new pathway.




The successful applicant should have a longterm planto be part of a company that will offer opportunities andsupport to the applicant to succeed in their chosen profession.TAE*****/TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentEquivalent Certification or Higher for the Training to be deliveredExperience in the application of VET Quality Framework requirements in an RTO environmentProven technological, communication and time management skillsA passion for providing quality trainingStrong administration and organisational skillsPolice checks are mandatory for some qualificationsDriver's license and own vehicleWilling to travel (if required)All Applicants are requested to provide a summary of how they meet the requirements, demonstrate current industry experience and qualifications that can be mapped to preferred training areas.
