About the Role
Love solving technical problems and helping people find the right solution?
This is an prospect to put your refrigeration and air-conditioning expertise to work in a role that goes beyond traditional technical support.
You'll provide technical advice to customers, service agents and internal teams while staying connected to the products through field, workshop and service exposure.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to training, warranty support, service processes and product feedback — giving you plenty of variety and ways to use your industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical advice and support to trade and retail customersAssist with customer complaints and technical enquiriesSupport service agents with repairs and service requirementsAssist with warranty claims,



warranty parts and labour claimsSupport spare parts personnel with technical information and order requirementsAttend service calls and commissioning activities for trainingAssist in the workshop where requiredProvide limited product installation supportAssist with developing training materials and training service agentsKeep product and technical knowledge up to datePrepare service reports and provide feedback on product issuesAssist with developing service procedures and processesSupport field service claims and spare parts ordersIdentify and report persistent or unusual technical issues
About You
To be successful you'll have:
Refrigeration and Air Conditioning trade qualificationsCurrent ARCtick licenceSupervisors or Contractors licenceCustomer service experienceRelevant industry and field experienceStrong technical and product knowledgeGood computer skillsA logical and practical approach to problem solvingStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine customer focusThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A First Aid certificate, driver's licence and people management experience would also be desirable.
