Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)Previous experience working in a busy high-end kitchenExcellent time management and organisational skillsAdaptability and a team-oriented mindsetSound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practicesFlexible availability, including weekends and public holidaysPassion for the culinary arts and a genuine love for food!
