Digital Print Production Crew Member (Casual), CULBURRA BEACH
The Role:
This role is perfect for someone with a manufacturing background looking for change, packaging experience, printing experience, warehousing experience, or if you have the ability to work with complex machinery.
All that said, we are happy to talk to anyone with a strong work ethic and passion.
You would be working alongside and be supported by our supply team leader and our digital pre‐press team leader.
Staff will be rostered across morning, afternoon/evening(9.5hrs+break), and late-night (5 hrs) shifts.
Pay is a flat hourly rate, well above the award, paid fortnightly.
It's the same for morning and afternoon shifts, as the afternoon shift loading is already built in.
Late-night shifts are paid at double time, and overtime and penalty rates for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are paid on top.
Responsibilities:
Safe and Efficient Operation of Hinterkopf D***** Digital Direct‐to‐Can Printer and accessory machinery (after appropriatetraining)
Daily QA Procedures
Preventative and breakdown maintenance of machinery
Able to work remotely without supervision
Efficiently pack and secure all outgoing pallets




Job sheets and address label printing and checks
Safe operation of Forklift
Produce high‐quality work ensuring customers are thrilled with their product
Key Attributes, Skills and Experience
Technical maintenance capabilities
The ability to work autonomously and efficiently
Good communication skills are required above all else.
A customer‐focused, 'can do' attitude is essential for us to serve our customers.
You will need a calm and friendly demeanour, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Experience working in a quick‐paced production environment is an advantage, not a requirement
Individuals with engineering or trade backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Holds a forklift licence (not essential but preferred)
