This is a hands‐on role requiring problem‐solving skills, strong troubleshooting abilities and the capability to operate effectively in fast‐paced environments.Key responsibilitiesProvide onsite technical support to end users across various regional locationsDeliver excellent troubleshooting and problem‐solving solutions for Windows desktop environments and Office 365 applicationsWork with networking technologies including switching, routing, firewalls and wireless systemsApply knowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory,



Office 365 and AzureAssist with virtualisation systems such as Hyper‐V and VMwareManage incidents, requests, and problem resolution in ServiceNowSupport the implementation and rollout of IT projects onsiteDeliver qualified and timely customer service with clear communicationBuild and maintain strong relationships with end usersWork collaboratively within the IT support team to resolve issues or deploy equipment remotelyWhat Is RequiredRelevant Tertiary Technology Qualification or Industry Certifications highly regardedExcellent knowledge of Windows Desktop Environment and Office 365Knowledge of networking including switching, routing, firewalls and wireless technologiesKnowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 and AzureKnowledge of virtualisation including Hyper‐V or VMWareExperiencing in dealing issue, request and problem management, preferably in Service NowStrong customer service skillsStrong time management and organisational skillsAbout Mineral ResourcesMinRes is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.
