Customer Service OfficerAs our Customer Service Officer (CSO), you'll be the friendly face of our office, providing reception and administrative support to keep our day‐to‐day operations running smoothly.
From welcoming visitors and assisting with enquiries to supporting colleagues across the office, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.Undertaking general office and reception duties which includes providing a welcoming front desk serviceMaintaining a working knowledge of relevant support services within CHL and from partner agenciesProviding relevant information to customersEnsuring data entry is accurateContributing to projectsProviding additional appropriate support to wider team and organizationWhat we're looking forA positive, inclusive and respectful workplace by bringing a balanced approach to your work and contributing to an environment where everyone feels safe, valued and free from harassment and discrimination,
