Our focus is on emerging and interesting varietals from Northern Italy complimented by a strong French influence with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Our onsite restaurant and Piazza Bar continue the Italian theme through a professional and relaxed dining experience.
Open seven days a week and Friday and Saturday nights over summer, there is also in office accommodation.About the roleWe are looking for a Cellar Door Manager to lead our tasting team and grow our membership programme.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality but thinks like a salesperson.
Reporting directly to our Venue Manager, you will run day-to-day cellar door operations, lead a small, knowledgeable team, and take real ownership of growing our membership programme and support our overall visitor experience.Key responsibilitiesConduct engaging, knowledgeable and professional wine tastings for Cellar Door visitors of both SOUMAH and our partner winesEnsure a good knowledge of French and Italian wines and the Coterie Wine Collection offeringsGrowing our Club Azzuro wine membership through tastings,
