Total Food Networkis a local fruit and vegetable wholesaler in Cairns.
Providing products to restaurants and cafes in Cairns and it surrounds.Located at our Warehouse in Redden Street, Portsmith, we are seeking someone who works well in a team workplace; is flexible and has a 'can do' attitude.Working a rotating roster up to 25 hrs.
a week (approx 7am- 3pm)3 days a week initially Monday,Thursday,Friday.This position does require some 5am starts Monday to Friday for leave cover at least 4 weeks of the year.Applicants must have previous experience in an administrative role with the ability to accurately process data and produce documents to a strict schedule essential.A high level of internal communication with internal resources and departments and external communication with customers is required to ensure that customers' orders are efficiently and correctly processed and delivered.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook) is a must.




Previous experience withFRESHsoftware is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.Duties will include but is not limited to:Receiving and processing customer ordersCreating picking slips and invoicesAssist with Food & Quality safety systemsProvide other administration support as requiredTo be considered for this position the applicant mustbe able to demonstrate the following:Previous experience in an administrative roleA very high attention to detail and total reliability is essentialPrevious experience in Fruit and Vegetable distribution will be an advantage but is not a specific requirementAbility to work under pressure autonomously and as a team memberAbility to accurately process data and produce documents to a strict scheduleAbility to work well in a teamTraining and support will be provided to thesuccessful applicant.
