This is a role for an experienced leader who is confident running a big, busy floor.This is a permanent, part-time, 52-week position offering a minimum of 27.5 hours per week during term, across before school care (7am to 9am) and after school care (2:30pm to 6pm) Monday to Friday.
During vacation care, hours are as rostered, up to 38 per week.
You will need to be available every morning and every afternoon.Key responsibilitiesLead the daily operations of a large service, ensuring a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for more than 200 childrenLead, deploy and support a team of Educators each sessionBuild strong relationships with families and the school communityEnsure compliance with NQF standards and TASK policiesWork closely with your Area Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative dutiesCreate a fun, inclusive,
