You'll:Lead, coach and motivate a team of recruiters, setting clear goals and helping each person perform at their bestRecruit, onboard and develop new team members as JBIT growsManage your own IT roles, for permanent and contract placementsLead detailed client briefings and keep delivery quality high across the teamSource,



screen and engage top IT talent through your network, referrals and proactive recruitmentMonitor team performance, pipeline and KPIs, role prioritisation and report to the leadership teamBring market insight to clients and candidates on skills, salaries and trendsWork closely with leadership to shape JBIT's growth strategy, processes and cultureAbout you10+ years of agency recruitment experience, with a strong focus on the IT industryExperience leading, mentoring or managing recruiters, or a clear readiness to step into leadershipA strong billing track record in a fast-paced, target-driven agency environmentThe ability to balance your own desk with supporting and developing othersSharp attention to detail.
