We pride ourselves in our supportive team culture.To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate an ability to work independently and within a small team, show initiative and flexibility, and maintain strict confidentiality.Primary ResponsibilitiesFront desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)Liaise with patients and their families, GPs,



other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner.Scanning and updating all patient-related correspondence and resultsAll general reception, administrative and medical support duties as required.Provide ongoing support to GP and practice nurse as required.Be a friendly point of contact between patients and the internal clinical team.Ability to work independently and as a team.Strong customer service skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Confident in the use of technologyShow initiative and work productively within a team environment.Ability to multi-task and priorities dutiesExceptional time management skillsEstablish and maintain a excellent rapport with patients and colleagues
