This is a dynamic,fast‐paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, andis eager to continue building a long‐term career in commercial assetmanagement.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will undertake a broad range of functions including,but not limited to:Providing professional asset management servicesto our clients across our diverse commercial, retail, office and industrialproperty portfolioLiaising with key stakeholders including Landlords, Tenants andContractors to ensure positive working relationshipsDaily administrative activitiesCoordinating quotes,
raising work orders and engaging trades andcontractorsInducting and setting up new contractors within internal systemsProviding regular progress updates on project and maintenance worksManaging WHS, compliance and capital works programsConducting property inspections using digital platforms that generatereportingProcessing and coordinating invoice approvalsManaging arrearsDelivering outcomes within approved operating budgetsPreparing annual property budgetsPreparing monthly and annual financial reporting requirementsMaintaining accurate databases and undertaking daily diarised tasksManaging the financial performance of the assetsand provide recommendations to clientsKey Requirements:A team player who can take direction from the Head of DepartmentConfident communication skills andthe ability to work collaboratively with a teamStrong analytical skills and resilienceSolid skills in MS Outlook and ExcelStrong attention to detail andexcellent organisational capabilityThe ability to work both in theoffice and outdoors as requiredThe ability to manage multipletasks and priorities simultaneously in a quick‐paced environmentCurrent Driver LicencePrevious experience in the commercial property industryKnight Frank Cairns is locally owned and provides a friendly and happyoffice that values their employees.
