Quality Centre Foods Services – Auburn NSWQuality Centre Food Services is located in Auburn NSW and has been importing premium Italian food and products to the Australian market since **** and have developed a reputation as Sydney's Premier Food Distributor, offering the best quality products along with exceptional customer services.We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated and dynamic person that could help in Accounts Receivable.About the Role :Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers.Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, communicating with clients to resolve any outstanding issues.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.Process credit card payments and other forms of electronic funds transfer.Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.About you :You are flexible and resilient , eager to learn new skills and regularly shift between data entry, phone and administration activitiesYou are a friendly,
