What You'll
Be Doing
As Parts Manager, you will:
Lead, support and develop the Parts team
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts department
Provide sales and parts interpretation support to internal and
external customers
Manage parts quoting, purchasing, invoicing and inventory processes
Maintain strong inventory accountability and support stocktakes
Deliver a high level of service and support to our customers and
partners
Drive a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
Work closely with the wider branch team to support business and
customer needs
What We're
Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous leadership or team management experience
Has previous parts experience within a dealership, machinery,
automotive or similar environment




Has a strong understanding of inventory management and stock
accountability
Brings maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
Delivers excellent customer service and maintains a professional
approach
Has intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to become
proficient in parts interpretation and dealer management software
Is a proactive leader who takes ownership and drives results
Can build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team
workplace
