The Role:
Deliver technical process know-how and drive continuous improvement to the operations division.
Initiate and facilitate operational efficiencies
Champion improvement initiatives and projects
Manage and ensure adherence to all safety process, policies, and procedures
Manage quality assurance
Review and manage accordingly supply lines
Budget management across allocated projects
About you:
Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering Degree or relevant technical field -
essential




Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to perform and produce results in multifunctional teams in a dynamic work environment
Excellent analytical, problem solving/decision making skills; ability to make timely, effective, fact-based decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Ability to build rapport and develop collaborative relationships
Experience in information technology, particularly all Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
