About the Role
Lead a dedicated nursing team and make a real difference to patient care.
As Nurse Unit Manager, you'll shape a positive team culture, drive clinical excellence and ensure safe, high quality care.
Bring your leadership skills to empower staff, improve outcomes and create a workplace where people thrive.
Lead the nursing team to deliver safe, high quality care and improve patient outcomes
Build a positive, inclusive team culture that empowers staff to thrive
Oversee daily operations, staffing and resource use
Drive clinical excellence, uphold standards and manage clinical risks
Coach and develop staff, strengthen team performance and build strong partnerships across services
About You
You're a confident clinical leader who inspires teams, champions protected care and thrives on making a difference.
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold current or eligible RN registration with AHPRA
Bring clinical expertise and experience in team leadership
Lead staff, resolve conflict and support professional growth
Drive change, improve care models and champion consumer input
Apply safety standards,



risk management and relevant legislation
