We help organisations plan, manage and deliver complex projects through technology solutions, advisory services, managed services and training.With a small, close-knit team working across Australia, we're looking for a Project Analyst to join us and help deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.The roleThis is a full-time contract position based in Brisbane, with hybrid working, for a minimum of 3 months and an outlook to extend.
You'll work across a variety of projects, understanding what our clients and internal stakeholders need, defining clear requirements, and supporting the delivery team to build the right solution on time and within budget.What you'll doElicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews and process reviewsMap current and future-state processes, and identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvementWrite clear business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and keep them current as scope evolvesWork with technical consultants and project team members to make sure solutions meet the agreed requirementsSupport the Prescience project methodology across every phase: Commencement & Confirm, Architect & Design, Configure & Construct, Validate & Iterate, Deploy & Deliver, and Operate & EnhancePlan and support testing and user acceptance, and help resolve issues and defectsMonitor project progress against the agreed plan,



and provide weekly updates on status, timelines, risks and issuesTrack estimated versus actual hours and cost, and contribute to traffic-light reportingIdentify scope changes early, assess their impact, and raise variations when requiredEscalate issues and propose practical solutions to keep projects on trackSupport client communication from kick-off through to certificate of acceptance and project close-outBuild solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and keep communication clear and timelyPrepare handover and training material to support go-live and project close-outMake sure time is entered accurately into WFMAbout youProven experience as a Project Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a technology or professional services environmentStrong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skillsConfident facilitating workshops and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAnalytical and detail-focused, with a practical, solutions-oriented approachComfortable working across multiple projects and managing competing prioritiesA collaborative team player who enjoys helping others do their best workBA or project qualification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PRINCE2 or Agile is desirable.Familiarity with Oracle or database technology is advantageous but not essentialBe part of a small team where your contribution is visibleHybrid working, based in BrisbaneGenuine prospect of contract extension for the right person
