We're seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our BI function and help drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation.
This is a unique chance to combine leadership, commercial insight, and technical expertise to deliver high-impact reporting, analytics, and data solutions that influence executive decision-making and business performance. Based in any atWork Australia location, this 12-month contract will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives and advancing our data capability.
You will:
Lead the Business Intelligence function across atWork Australia leading a team of 5 direct reports.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
Drive data quality, governance,
and a "single source of truth" approach
Partner with Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders to support commercial outcomes
Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis activities
Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing business requirements
Provide advanced analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making
Mentor and develop BI team members while fostering a customer-focused culture
Support ongoing innovation, process improvement and data maturity across the business
