The Position Prepare premium dishes using fresh, high quality ingredients to meet airline lounge standards Work in a calm, supportive environment with a collaborative culinary team Ensure full OH&S; and food safety compliance across all kitchen operations Manage inventory and minimise waste through accurate stock control and cost effective practices Maintain exceptional hygiene standards to uphold a spotless, well organised kitchen Deliver elevated culinary experiences for first and business class guests in a world class airport lounge The Person Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with strong foundational culinary skills Experience across production,
