Job Description
Managing the planning, procurement, delivery and close-out of capital works projects.
Acting as the primary client interface and maintaining robust working relationships with key Woolworths stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
Coordinating project teams to achieve programme, cost, quality and risk management objectives.
Monitoring project budgets, schedules, risks and reporting requirements.
Preparing and presenting project reports, governance updates and recommendations to client stakeholders.
Managing design, approvals and procurement processes through all project stages.
Supporting contract administration, consultant management and contractor performance.
Identifying and mitigating delivery risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Contributing to business development initiatives and identifying prospects for additional project management or principal representative services.
Supporting account growth objectives and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
