Your new role
Leading and mentoring a small workplace operations team
Managing front-of-house and guest experience services
Coordinating meeting room setup, catering, and hospitality services
Overseeing workplace facilities, maintenance, and contractor management
Managing workplace security processes and access control systems
Supporting health, safety, and compliance requirements
Maintaining records management processes
Providing general office administration and operational support
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in workplace operations, facilities,



corporate reception, office management, hospitality, or a similar environment
Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a team
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
The ability to pass a National Police Check
