Join 3Bridges as our Senior Human Resources Advisor and play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across a diverse For Impact organisation.This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave prospect, available full-time or 0.8 FTE.

procedures and employment documentationContribute to People projects and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouYou're an experienced HR professional who is confident handling complex employee matters and partnering with leaders.You'll bring strong ER knowledge, sound judgement and the ability to provide practical solutions while building trusted stakeholder relationships.Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred (Diploma qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered)Strong employee relations and case-management experienceExperience coaching leaders on performance, conduct and workplace mattersStrong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, the NES and Modern AwardsExperience supporting grievances, investigations and disciplinary mattersStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsCurrent NSW Driver LicenceCurrent NSW Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)About 3Bridges3Bridges is a For Impact organisation supporting wellbeing across all life stages through Aged Care, Community Health, Education Programs and Services.
