Doctors&Co; in Bankstown NSW seeks a Practice Success Manager (Dental) to lead the Practice Managers across the dental network, own clinic performance and grow patient flow.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role, not clinical.You will travel across NSW, VIC and QLD, translate the Group dental strategy into annual plans, standardise systems and pricing, and drive current clinics to break-even with strong support from in-house teams.
