Frankston South/nVillage Baxter is looking for a highly skilled and experienced EN who likes some variety in their work, with positive availability to cover planned leave over December and January./nWe are seeking a skilled and caring EN to assist residents within our large independent living village (415 units). The successful candidate will demonstrate a capacity to work both independently and within a supportive team structure. Alignment with the Village Baxter mission, vision and values is significant to us, especially a commitment to the provision of quality care. This role would suit someone who brings a calm demeanour, a can-do attitude, ability to work under pressure and exceptional people skills./nExperience in a community and aged care facility workplace is essential, along with an unrestricted driver's licence.
