Experienced Casual Chef

Looking for a chef experienced in pub dining for Appin Hotel.
Casual position 32 - 38 hours per week
Weekends off
Manage kitchen 2 days per week in head chef's absence.
Must be hard working and capable of working all sections of a bistro kitchen.
