Maintenance Fitter – Nightshift
$125,000 + Super | Food Manufacturing | 7-Day Fortnight

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established food manufacturing operation on a permanent night shift roster.
This is a excellent prospect for a hands-on fitter looking for a market-competitive salary, consistent night shift hours and an excellent work-life balance with a 7-day fortnight roster.
The Role
Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance across production machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults and minimise production downtime.
Maintain conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors and processing equipment.
Complete inspections, repairs and equipment servicing.
Work closely with production teams to improve equipment reliability.




Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and efficiently.

About You
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter.
Previous maintenance experience within manufacturing (food or FMCG highly regarded).
Strong breakdown and preventative maintenance skills.
Experience working with production and processing machinery.
Ability to work autonomously on night shift.
Strong focus on safety and reliability.
