Orion Blinds is a locally owned wholesale blinds and awnings manufacturer based in Alstonville/Wollongbar. We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Team Member to join our team.

This is a hands-on role with on-the-job training provided. Previous experience in a customer service role, including some bookkeeping experience, is preferred.

About the Role :
General customer service duties, including taking calls with customers
Assist with day-to-day administration duties, including processing orders, invoicing and reports
Role will involve assisting as backup in some bookkeeping duties (Xero software)
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Maintaining quality standards
Training provided

About You :
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Comfortable working in an office workplace
Competent in Word/Excel/Outlook




Excellent attention to detail
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Looking for long-term, reliable employment

Hours & Perks :
Monday to Thursday : Full-time hours
Friday : Half day (early finish - no weekends!)
Overtime available during peak periods
Immediate start available
