About Us:

Morandini Investments Pty Ltd is looking for Cafe/Restaurant Manager to organise daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Salary: $69,000 - $77,000 plus Superannuation

Full Time * Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Managing day to day operations of the cafe/restaurant.
Recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth
daily operations.
Collaborating with chefs to design and plan menus that maintain consistency and high
quality.
Coordinating and overseeing the organisation of special events and functions.
Managing the procurement and cost control of goods and supplies in line with the
restaurant’s budget.
Keeping detailed and up-to-date records of inventory, stock levels, and financial
transactions.
Ensuring the dining area and facilities meet health and hygiene standards, and are well-
presented, clean,



and fully operational.
Engaging with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with meals and
overall service experience.
Assisting with guest services such as reservations, greeting customers, and taking orders
when required.

Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a quick-paced workplace.
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships effectively.
Relevant qualification in hospitality management or related field.
