Maintainer / Operator – Energy Plant
7 Days On / 7 Days Off (12 hour shifts from 5am-5pm)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + super
Company: Working at a cogeneration plant
Candidate: Experience with Boilers is advantageous
ACCOMODATION: FREE ACCOMODATION PROVIDED WHEN ON SHIFT WITH BILLS INCLUDED

We’re seeking a hands-on Maintainer / Operator to join an industrial cogeneration plant, supporting the protected and efficient operation of boilers and associated equipment.
This is a great prospect for someone with experience in boiler operations, industrial maintenance or manufacturing who enjoys a wide-ranging, hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor boilers and associated plant equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot equipment faults and assist with breakdowns.
Monitor operating pressures, temperatures and plant performance.




Complete operational records and shift handovers.
Maintain high standards of safety and plant reliability.

About You
Experience in boiler operations, plant operations or industrial maintenance.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Background in manufacturing, power generation or process environments is advantageous.
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Willingness to work a rotating day and night shift roster.
