Spa Clubs Fitness Victor Harbor is looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service, Sales & Gym Floor Attendant to join our community-focused gym.

If you love talking to people, enjoy helping others, and have an interest in fitness, this could be the perfect prospect for you.

What the role involves:
Customer service and member support
Membership sales and helping grow our gym community
Welcoming walk-ins and conducting gym tours
Assisting with membership enquiries and accounts
Talking confidently about all services we offer
Identifying opportunities to grow memberships and services through positive member engagement and community connection.
Creating basic social media posts and stories
General gym upkeep, cleaning, and outdoor areas
Personal Training opportunities (if qualified)




Potential to run group fitness classes (if qualified)

What we’re looking for:
Friendly, confident communicator
Sales-minded with a genuine, non-pushy approach
Reliable and skilled
Customer service or gym experience is a bonus
Certificate III in Fitness preferred but not essential
