Permanent, full time.Our client is a national, full service commercial law firm with a growing Sydney corporate practice covering M&A;, equity capital markets and financial services.Areas of work:- Financial services regulatory: banks, wealth managers, superannuation funds, life insurers, and payments and fintech providers, including AFS licensing, funds management and broader regulatory and strategic advice- M&A; and private capital: private M&A;, capital raisings and cross-border transactions, including work for family offices, founders and investors- Equity capital markets: IPOs, placements and other equity raisings,



disclosure documents and listing rules complianceFlexible working arrangements available.Requirements- Associate (around 4+ years PAE) or Senior Associate- Corporate transactional experience (M&A; or equity capital markets) and/or financial services regulatory experience in superannuation, insurance, funds management, banking, payments, fintech or AFS licensing- Large firm and large scale transaction experience preferred- Solid written and verbal communication; senior applicants able to run matters with minimal supervision- Full working rights in Australia and a current practising certificate
