We specialise in the hire and servicing of mobile accommodation units, kitchens, industrial and exploration caravans, generators, water systems, and portable buildings—alongside fully integrated catering, cleaning, and site management services.What you'll doSupport the Village Manager and Camp Services Manager in supervising daily camp operationsEnsure consistent delivery of meals, cleaning, maintenance and accommodation servicesManage bookings, check-in/check-out procedures and general camp administrationLiaise with client management, camp teams and staff to maintain service standardsSupport appropriate staffing levels and a secure, positive camp environmentAssist hands-on with room cleaning and other operational tasks when requiredSelection CriteriaTo be successful in this role, you will bring remote site experience,



strong people skills and the ability to lead by example in a hands-on camp environment.Minimum 3 years' remote site experienceMinimum 1–2 years' people management experienceExperience across accommodation, food, cleaning or housekeeping servicesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsFlexible, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a teamAll-rounder camp management capability with strong attention to detailRequired Licences and QualificationsResponsible Service of Alcohol certificateFirst Aid Certificate and National Police CheckFluent written and verbal EnglishAbility to work unrestricted hoursCert III Commercial CookeryFood safety and workplace safety knowledgeConstruction Induction Card (White Card)Similar hospitality or site services experienceThe successful candidate must complete a pre-employment medical.
