Intro Recruitment Solutions – Sydney CBD NSWIntro Recruitment Solutions are partnering with a highly regarded Tier 2 residential builder to recruit an experienced Senior Project Engineer for a landmark Class 2 project near Homebush.The project comprises 4 residential towers and 264 apartments, incorporating basement, podium and high-rise construction.Working closely with the Project Manager and Senior Site Team, you'll take ownership of key construction packages, oversee technical coordination and subcontractor performance, and play a key role in driving programme, quality and delivery outcomes across the project.Our client has a solid Sydney pipeline and offers genuine opportunities to progress into Project Management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the delivery of structural, façade and finishes packagesManage RFIs, shop drawings, QA processes and project documentationDrive subcontractor coordination and monitor programme performanceResolve technical issues and coordinate design documentationAssist with procurement,



cost control and variation managementProvide technical guidance and support to Project Engineers and junior team membersEnsure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specificationAbout You5+ years' construction experience, including experience as a Project EngineerStrong Class 2 residential or mixed-use construction experienceProven experience delivering projects valued at $100M+Strong understanding of concrete structures and high-rise constructionEngineering or Construction Management qualificationExcellent communication, coordination and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple work packages and drive delivery outcomesAmbition to progress towards Project ManagementWhy Apply?
