occupancy and labour costSupporting the annual budget and regular reforecasts, including maintaining models and reviewing submissions from operational managersBuilding service costing models for tenders, new services and pricing reviews, reflecting award costs, on costs, NDIS pricing and overheadsPreparing business cases and benchmarking performance against external measuresAssisting with month end close tasks such as accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliationsThe ExpertisePlease consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:Degree in commerce, business, accounting or finance, with CA/CPA (completed or in progress) desirable2+ years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A; or management reportingStrong Excel skills, with experience building and maintaining financial modelsSolid accounting knowledge and an understanding of the P&L; and its non financial driversExperience in disability, aged care, NDIS or other labour intensive services, or in costing for tenders, would be valuedClear communication skills, including with non-finance audiences, and a continuous improvement mindset
