Mac Killop Family Services is seeking experienced Residential Care Workers to join our South Metro OOHC programs in VIC.
The role covers day-to-day operations, responding to the emotional and practical needs of young people, and maintaining a secure, therapeutic workplace.
You'll engage in therapeutic care, complete household duties, and fulfill administrative requirements while working across a 24-hour roster, including days, evenings, and stand-up overnight shifts.
