About the Role

Gaming Manager | Skyways Hotel

Are you a gaming specialist ready to take the reins of one of Airport West’s premier rooms? The Skyways Hotel is looking for a high-performing Gaming Manager who has the experience and the drive to lead a massive, high-volume operation.

This is a big room that requires a big personality. We need a leader who understands the mechanics of a successful gaming lounge, from machine performance and impeccable floor presentation to building genuine, long-term rapport with our local regulars.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager :
Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
Bring the valuable vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent requirements :
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you :
You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager

You’ve learned from outstanding managers and are ready to step up
You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements

If you’re all about excellent service, happy players, and running a top-notch gaming room - we’d love to chat.

The benefits are good too!
