Sigma Healthcare Limited is seeking a safety-focused, people-oriented operations leader to manage a major distribution centre in Somerton, Victoria. You will oversee a ~23,000 pallet space facility with ~300 staff, driving safety, performance and continuous improvement across a high-volume health and beauty distribution network.

Reporting to the DC Manager, you will balance strategic goals with hands-on leadership, ensuring world-class distribution standards and robust leadership development.
