As a Refrigeration Mechanic within our Underground Electrical Maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring underground refrigeration and air conditioning systems remain safe, compliant and reliable.Working across a range of underground infrastructure and fixed plant assets, you'll diagnose faults, perform maintenance and repairs, and contribute to the ongoing reliability and performance of critical refrigeration and cooling systems that support our underground operations.Based at our Ernest Henry Operations and reporting to the Supervisor – Underground Fixed Electrical Maintenance, you'll:Maintain,



repair and troubleshoot underground refrigeration and air conditioning systemsSupport asset reliability through quality maintenance and compliance-focused work practicesMonitor and maintain water systems, including activities that support Legionella risk managementComplete accurate maintenance records, work orders and compliance documentation using site systemsProvide technical support and contribute to maintenance and asset improvement initiativesMentor apprentices and support capability development within the maintenance team.Why Ernest Henry Operations?

You're a safety-focused refrigeration skilled who takes pride in quality workmanship, compliance and maintaining reliable assets.
You enjoy solving technical problems, working collaboratively with other trades and contributing to a high-performing maintenance team.
Ideally, you'll also bring:A Full Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Licence (ARC)A Restricted Electrical Licence as a minimum requirementExperience in industrial refrigeration maintenance, ideally within mining, resources or heavy industryStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilitiesExperience working with maintenance systems such as Pronto and maintaining compliance recordsA proactive approach to safety, continuous improvement and mentoring others.Ready to create your career highlight with us?
