Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) is seeking experienced Structural and/or Industrial Coating Supervisors to join our team and oversee structural maintenance and protective coating activities across site.

About the Role

Reporting to the Protective Coating & Structural Maintenance Superintendent, the Structural and/or Industrial Coating Supervisors will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising structural maintenance and protective coating works to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within structural maintenance, protective coatings, industrial blasting and painting, or a related field.




Solid leadership and communication skills.
Experience working within heavy industry, mining, ports, resources, or construction environments.
A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
The ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and stakeholders effectively.
Sound planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Trade qualification relevant to structural maintenance or protective coatings.
Coating inspection qualifications or relevant industry certifications.
Experience managing contractor workforces.
Knowledge of asset integrity and maintenance management practices.
