Permanent Electrician Role in Western Sydney Location: Camperdown, Sydney NSWWork Type: Full-timeSalary: $100,000 - $130,000 (DOE) + company vehicle About the Role An established electrical contractor is seeking a licensed electrician to join a growing team delivering high-quality projects across a major university campus in Sydney’s Inner West.This is a hands-on role working across a variety of environments, including new installations, commercial fit-outs, and specialist laboratory fit-outs, with projects typically running approximately one month in duration before transitioning to the next. The position offers solid project exposure, job variety, and consistent ongoing work. Key Responsibilities
Deliver full electrical installations across commercial and institutional environments
Complete fit-out and refurbishment projects, including laboratory spaces
Install and maintain light and power systems
Participate in lighting upgrade projects




Work collaboratively with project teams to meet timelines and quality standards
Ensure compliance with Australian standards and safety requirements

Skills & Experience
Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential)
Experience in commercial installations and fit-outs
Exposure to laboratory or specialised environments (advantageous)
Strong understanding of light and power systems
Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt quickly
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
