About the Role Reporting to the Service Department Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of warranty claims. You will help ensure that all warranty work is authorised, recorded and processed correctly. Key Responsibilities
Obtain and manage manufacturer authorisations before repair work commences for warranty repairs.
Cost and process warranty and predelivery jobs daily and liaise with the Service Administration Manager
Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and billing records for warranty and predelivery repair orders.
Ensure recalls and manufacturer updates are added to job cards for future bookings
Prepare accurate invoices for warranty & predelivery and provide clear explanations of work completed
Review and validate warranty claims,



investigating any discrepancies including reconciling credit notes
Ensure all warranty documentation and correspondence is properly recorded in the system
Support the Service Administration team as required
Roster one in three Saturday Mornings
Liaise with Sales Administration dept re predelivery job and schedules.

Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
Experience in automotive administration, warranty processing or dealership operations (desirable)
