Project Manager

( Junior

and/or

Intermediate ) to join their SEQ team in Brisbane. Responsibilities





End-to-end ownership from pre-construction through to practical completion Lead and coordinate site, contracts and project teams Manage budgets, programmes, procurement and project delivery Manage variations, EOTs, claims and commercial outcomes Maintain solid client and subcontractor relationships Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification About you

Demonstrated ability in managing the delivery of commercial fitout, refurbishment and redevelopment construction projects ( valued $1M< ). Robust understanding of commercial contract governance and relevant risk mitigation strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction or related disciplines.
